TSGU19 - Back in soccer everyday life

After almost seven months, our TSGU19 finally played a test match again.
On Saturday, our oldest TSG'ler received the team of Rosenhöhe Offenbach. The game started with a good pace on both sides, although you could tell that it was the first game in a long time for both teams. So it took until the 18th minute, in which the new captain Nelio Alpsoy scored after a corner from Jacob Illmer to 1-0. In the 20th minute, Noah Link won the ball, which immediately switched and found the free Nico Götz, who could push in to 2:0. In the 30th minute, our TSGU19 increased to 3:0 by Besmir Olluri with a beautiful shot. This was preceded by a long and safe possession phase. After the 3-0, our U19 apparently felt too safe and got in the 32nd minute the 3:1 connecting goal after a coordination error in the defense. In the 34th minute, then the counter-attack to 3:2. The 4:2 Pausen stood marked again Besmir Olluir with a directly converted free kick from 25 meters. After the break, there was again a minute sleep and our U19, caught within five minutes the 4:3 and 4:4 (52nd and 57th minute). After that, both sides were diligently rotated through. The final point set the substitute Dominik Czitron in the 65th minute by a header after a corner by Demhat Erdem. In the final minutes, our guys no longer allowed a shot on goal and missed one or two other chances. A good test for our team, but we gave away too many gifts.

On the following Sunday followed directly the next test game for our TSGU19 against the U19 from Waldgirmes. The game ended with 3:0 for our TSG. The scorers were Jacob Illmer and Noah Link (2 times). In a game that went 90 minutes on one goal, our guys missed a few more goals to add. The bottom line is that it was a nice start back into everyday soccer life.
