Today Mika Oberheim and Markus Högner have their say.

Mika is Deniz's current captain in TSGU17.

Markus is a former soccer player and current coach. After stints with FC Schalke 04, VFL Wolfsburg and the German women's national team, he is currently under contract with SGS Essen.

Mika: "Deniz is one of the few people who is always open and honest with people. He tries to bring players forward not only athletically, but also humanly and imparts important values to them. When Deniz sets a goal, he works until he reaches it."

Markus: "When Deniz and I met many years ago, we immediately realized that we were on the same wavelength.

Over the years, Deniz has played a significant role in TSG Wieseck taking this successful path in youth soccer and has already been able to develop countless talents. Deniz always follows a straight path and has never allowed himself to be impressed by any fads in soccer. With his headstrong and steadfast character, he brings many qualities for a true leader. Because he reaches the hearts of his staff and players, hopefully there will be more chapters to the success story in Wieseck."
