Individual Training Rehab & Athletics

Players who have a need for individual and specific training in athletics, prevention and rehabilitation beyond team training.

Structure of the training process:

  • Personal training or small group training with 2-5 players.
  • Depending on the amount of players, one to several times per month
  • One training session is offered per week
  • Training days: by arrangement

Contents and process:

  • Coordination of the objectives of the respective player
  • Screening/testing on the basis of the target setting
  • Regular personal training over several weeks/months
  • Training recommendations for continuation at home
  • Retest and comparison with baseline values
