Individual Training Rehab & Athletics
Players who have a need for individual and specific training in athletics, prevention and rehabilitation beyond team training.
Structure of the training process:
- Personal training or small group training with 2-5 players.
- Depending on the amount of players, one to several times per month
- One training session is offered per week
- Training days: by arrangement
Contents and process:
- Coordination of the objectives of the respective player
- Screening/testing on the basis of the target setting
- Regular personal training over several weeks/months
- Training recommendations for continuation at home
- Retest and comparison with baseline values
